Oil and Gas Concessions

Texen Energy Group is expanding to Nigeria’s upstream sector by strategically investing in oil and gas concessions. Discussions are currently underway for majority equity acquisitions in several oil and gas concessions. Our strategy is to initially focus on onshore assets, and thereafter to expand to shallow and deep waters as our technical capacity expands.
